Multi-Year Term Discounts
Discounts shall be applied to multi-year term contracts as follows:

  Two-year Term: 10%
  Three-year Term: 15%

• Multi-Year Term Contracts are billed in annual installments.
• Earned fees on contracts cancelled by the client prior to expiration of the specified term shall be calculated pro rata at the Gross Fee Rate for the actual services provided, without application of discount.
